Tax & Invoice
All orders are subject to applicable GST as per Indian tax regulations.

BIS Hallmarking & HUID
All gold jewellery sold at SR Jewellery/ SR Jewelfactory is certified with BIS Hallmarking, which ensures the purity and authenticity of gold.
Every piece carries a unique HUID (Hallmark Unique ID) as mandated by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
The BIS hallmark contains three components: the BIS logo, purity of the gold (e.g., 22K916), and the six-digit HUID code.
HUID charges are applicable on all gold items and are transparently included in the final invoice.
We recommend customers always check for the BIS mark and HUID on every gold product they purchase for complete peace of mind.
PAN Card Requirement
As per government norms, PAN card is mandatory for transactions above ₹2,00,000.
Customers must provide valid ID proof for high-value purchases.
Cash Payment Limit
In compliance with Income Tax regulations, cash payments above ₹1,99,000 are not accepted.
We accept secure payments via UPI, card, NEFT/RTGS, and cheque.
Product Care & Responsibility
Products with delicate stones, screws, or intricate settings must be handled with care.
Damage caused due to mishandling will not be considered for return or free servicing.
Repairs involving such parts may incur charges.
Customers are advised to store jewellery properly and avoid exposure to chemicals, pressure, or impact.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled by the customer before processing. Customised orders are not eligible for cancellation.
SR Jewellery/ SR Jewelfactory reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, technical errors, or payment disputes. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to block or cancel orders.
Legal action will be taken in cases of deliberate tampering, misuse, or fraud.
Discretion & Disputes
