At SR Jewellery, we value the trust you place in us and aim to make every experience with us smooth, transparent, and respectful of your time and sentiment. While we take great care in crafting and delivering each piece, we understand there may be instances where changes or returns are needed. Please read our policy below for clarity.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return on Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us on the day of delivery with proof. Products should be unused and returned in the original condition.
- 7-Day Exchange Policy: We offer a 7-day exchange on unused and unaltered jewellery. Items must be returned with original packaging and invoice.
- Exceptions: Products like nosepins, earrings, and body-piercing jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- No Return on Used/Damaged by Customer: Products with wear and tear due to improper handling, missing stones, loose screws, or signs of damage post-purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. Any repair for such issues will be chargeable.
- Return Due to Dissatisfaction: Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery only if they are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. Return is not applicable on customised products and gold coins.
- Lifetime Exchange: Jewellery bought from SR Jewellery/ SR Jewelfactory can be exchanged at any of our stores for a new product. The exchange value will be based on current market rates and condition of the product, as assessed by our team.
- Return Packaging: Items should be returned in the original packaging. The product must be packed securely and in the presence of a courier agent, if applicable. The original invoice must be included for any return or exchange to be processed.
Repair Policy
- We offer professional repair services for products purchased from us.
- Customers must present a valid purchase invoice.
- Repair charges will be based on the work involved and informed prior to service.
- Items not collected within 30 days after repair completion may incur storage charges.
- For old, worn-out, or delicate jewellery, SR Jewellery/ SR Jewelfactory is not responsible for any breakage or stone loss during repair.
- We do not offer guarantee/warranty on repaired items.
