Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, unless the item falls under the non-cancellable category.

Items Not Eligible for Cancellation:

Gold coins and bars

Silver articles, coins, and bars

Customized or personalised jewellery

Solitaire stones

Auspicious products (items tied to specific dates or rituals)

Gift vouchers

Made-to-order or specially requested designs

Additional Cancellation

Terms:

Orders with a total value of ₹1,00,000 or above are not eligible for cancellation.

SR Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

Limited stock availability

Errors in product or pricing information

Quality concerns during final inspection

Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

Orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent

Natural calamities or unforeseen events affecting fulfillment

Serviceability or delivery issues in the provided location

Return & Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we are here to help—within a few guidelines designed to ensure safety and fairness for everyone.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by all original certificates, bills, and packaging.

Required Documents for Return: To process your return smoothly, please share the following:

A clear video of the unboxing and courier handover (for safety and verification)

A valid Government ID proof

Any one of the following bank documents:

Cancelled cheque
Passbook front page
Recent bank statement (with account holder's name)

Non-Returnable Items:

Gold coins and bars
Silver articles, coins, and bars
Personalized or custom-made jewellery
Solitaire products
Auspicious or religious items
Gift cards or vouchers
Special orders made on request

High-Value Orders:

For orders above ₹1,00,000, returns and refunds are not applicable. However, exchange options are available after inspection and verification.

Diamond & Certified Jewellery:

Refund or exchange will be initiated only after authenticity verification by our experts.
